Topics related to toilets, potty training, privacy, and human excrement trigger something deep in the common human psyche. All civilizations around the world throughout recorded history have developed  their own bathroom customs and passed these customs down to their children. Each culture has it's own strongly held ideas about cleanliness, safety, and appropriate behavior during potty time. Here at SCAI it's important for us to understand how to affirm helpful customs - like washing hands after using the bathroom, while challenging harmful customs - like relieving oneself into a container of fresh water. Our team of Data collection specialists will design studies in collaboration with local universities to paint a clearer Idea of how to affect the perception of cleanliness, health, and potty time.
